Our Story
About Leoka FM
Born in Maokeng. Built for businesses, listeners and local talent. Broadcasting online as we work towards our licence.
Who We Are
Leoka FM is a proposed Low Power Commercial Radio Station, founded in Maokeng, and currently streaming online as we work towards our broadcasting licence.
Our vision is to build a radio station that connects businesses, communities, listeners and local talent through the power of radio.
Leoka FM aims to give businesses — big or small — a louder voice by creating affordable advertising and promotional opportunities that help local businesses reach new customers, build brand awareness and grow their presence in the market.
For our listeners, Leoka FM will provide entertainment, music, local information, interviews, community-focused content, competitions and conversations that reflect the interests and everyday experiences of the people we serve.
We also want to create a platform for local artists, entrepreneurs, young people, community organisations and emerging talent to be heard and discovered.
From small businesses looking for their first customers to established companies wanting to strengthen their connection with the local market, Leoka FM is being built as a platform where businesses and listeners can connect.
